Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period for the value or service listed on the vouchers. Any unused balance or service will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

Players must be affiliated to a NZ golf club, proof of membership is required. If a player is not affiliated with a NZ golf club, the difference in green fee rate must be paid prior to tee off.

Cart drivers must have a minimum of a restricted NZ drivers licence.

Players and spectators must be dressed in appropriate golf attire, neat and tidy at all times when entering the course:

• Men and boys must have a collared shirt or polo-neck that is in good taste and designed for golf, golf dress pants or shorts are required.
• Women and girls may wear collarless shirts with or without sleeves. Dresses, skorts, skirts, tailored pants, three quarter pants or tailored shorts are required.
• Not permitted for women are straps, halter-tops, tank tops, racer backs and bare midriffs. Not permitted at all times are: tee shirts, singlets, denim shorts, denim pants, track pants, work boots, jandals.
• Management reserves the right to deny access if the dress code is not met.
